Due to the pandemic, we have had to change the way in which we run the society and our events.
In order to ensure we meet the guidelines set by the government and the Students Union, we will not be holding any in-person events this semester. Instead, we will be hosting all our events online. We plan to hold them live, then later post them onto our YouTube channel and website for anyone who may have missed them. We will try our best to ensure that the quality and number of events we arrange are not affected and hope that these measures will make our events more accessible. At the moment we are unclear about what platform we will be hosting our events on, but we will make sure to post any updates on this website and on our social media accounts.
Although this is a challenging time for all of us, we are as committed as ever in our mission to promote diversity within Economics and hope that you will continue to support us. Our top priority will always be the safety of our members and the public, so we ask for your understanding.
